Just when I was getting back in the groove after being sick, the gym at Progressive is closed for 6 weeks for renovations. That, coupled with the weather getting colder makes training a bit tougher. So I have to adapt a bit.
I hate running outside in the cold but am coming to grips with the fact that I must. I am hoping for twice a week in the winter along with one indoor run at the T-burg fitness center. That should get me through. I also finally put my bike on the trainer (I think it's been a month since I said I was going to!) and rode it the other night. I hope to do that 3-4 times a week and even get up before work once in a while to ride. And, there is always swimming.
Ohio winters suck!
